If you can no longer attend a course you registered for, cancellation and refund options vary by course. Some courses are non-refundable and considered final sale.
For courses eligible for cancellation:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrationinfo@nigp.org.
- Cancellations received 31 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a refund, less a $75 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received within 30 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows.
If you are unable to attend, an attendee substitution within the same agency may be requested at any time by notifying NIGP in writing.
