For candidates who were approved on or before September 30, 2025:
- You have three opportunities to successfully complete Exam Module A and Exam Module B before your NIGP-CPP application expires or November 30, 2026, whichever comes first.
- Each Module may be taken only once during each testing window.
- There is a $150 retest fee per Module. Please visit https://www.nigp.org/certification/current-candidates-register-for-testing to register and remit the retest fee.
- The final testing for Modules A and B will be the November 2026 testing window.
For candidates who applied and were approved on or after October 4, 2025:
- You have three opportunities to successfully complete new Exam Modules C and D before your two-year NIGP-CPP application expires.
- Each Module may be taken only once during each testing window.
- There is a $150 retest fee per Module. Please visit https://www.nigp.org/certification/current-candidates-register-for-testing to register and remit the retest fee.
- The first testing window for new Modules C and D is February 2026.
NOTE: No candidate can change from testing on Modules A and B to Modules C and D. There will be no exceptions.
